1. Scope and responsible organisation

IBJ,INC is the operator identified for Jiya. This policy covers this download website, its 18+ eligibility information, tracking choices, download interactions and messages you send to the contacts below. It also directs you to the operator’s published policies for app-related processing.

The Android app is a separate environment. Visiting this page does not create an app account. Downloading an APK does not by itself confirm installation, account registration, payment or successful age verification within the app. Review the app notices and Android permission requests before using a feature.

2. Information handled by the website

The website does not invoke device location, camera or microphone APIs and does not provide a form for uploading profile photos, chat records or identity documents. App permissions are separate from this website. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, complete payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information in email.

3. Information described in the operator’s app policy

The operator’s published application policy identifies user-entered account and service information, including name, member ID, telephone number, email address, photos, in-app messages and payment information, for identification and account management. It also describes device or other identifiers for marketing, and app interaction counts, in-app search history and crash logs for analysis.

These are categories in the operator’s application policy, not a statement that this download page collects them or that every app feature requests each category. The app’s feature notices, actual permission requests and applicable service terms explain the relevant processing. This website does not infer a list of SDKs, precise location access or a server location from those categories.

This website’s separate optional tracking choice applies to this website; it does not change settings within the app.

4. Purposes and choices

We use information for the purposes relevant to your interaction: delivering the page and APK link; displaying eligibility information and applying your privacy choice; preventing abuse and diagnosing faults; answering enquiries; reviewing safety reports and appeals; processing personal data requests; and meeting applicable legal obligations. Optional advertising measurement is subject to the separate choice below.

Where applicable law requires consent, we seek it for the relevant activity. Other processing must have an applicable lawful basis, such as providing a requested service, legitimate security needs where recognised, or legal obligations. The availability of a legal basis and your rights depend on the processing and applicable law. Browsing, scrolling or clicking Get APP does not constitute an age declaration or acceptance of optional advertising tracking.

5. Browser storage and its duration

• Tracking choice: a localStorage record, valid for up to 180 days. A changed notice version, expiry or cleared site data causes the page to ask again; choices saved under the previous notice version require a new selection.
• Age information: the website does not collect an age declaration or use session storage to remember an age result.
• Storage unavailable: the page uses a temporary in-memory choice for the current document. It does not treat a storage error as acceptance; you may be asked again when you reload or leave the page.
• Meta storage: when optional measurement is enabled, Meta may read or set cookies and related identifiers in accordance with its policies and browser settings.

These durations describe the website’s browser preference records, not an app account or every server-side record. You may clear browser site data at any time. Clearing preferences will also remove the remembered decision.

6. Meta Pixel and advertising measurement

When this optional measurement tool is enabled, the website loads the Meta Pixel only after you explicitly accept optional tracking. Until you accept, the website does not load the Meta SDK or queue advertising events. This choice is separate from downloading and does not depend on an age declaration on the website.

Depending on browser settings and Meta’s technology, Meta may receive IP address, browser and device information, page URL, referring page, Pixel ID, cookie identifiers, page visits and download interaction events. A PageView represents a page view after the conditions above are met. The event named Purchase on this website represents initiation of an APK download through either Get APP button, with the configured measurement value and currency. It is not evidence of payment, purchase, completed download, installation or registration. The website does not attach age or identity information, report content or chat messages to these advertising events and does not enable email or telephone advanced matching.

Choose “Reject optional tracking” to continue without this measurement. You can download directly whether you reject tracking or have not made a choice. Clicking a download button does not grant tracking permission. Open Tracking preferences to review or withdraw your choice. Withdrawal stops future events from this page and instructs the loaded Pixel to revoke consent. It cannot recall information already transmitted, erase records held by Meta or clear all third-party cookies. Use Meta’s controls for information held by Meta. Events from the period before acceptance are not sent later as a backlog.

7. Sharing, providers and international processing

Information may be handled by infrastructure and service providers to deliver the website, downloads and support, under arrangements appropriate to their role; by Meta if you enable its measurement; or by competent authorities where lawfully required. Information included in a safety report may be reviewed only to the extent needed for assessment, action, appeal and legal obligations. Reporters’ identities should not be disclosed to the reported person merely because a report was submitted, subject to lawful disclosure requirements.

The identified operator is in Japan. Meta operates internationally and may process information in countries described in its own policy. The operator’s corporate and application policies address its wider processing arrangements. This notice does not state that all information is hosted in Japan or that a particular cloud region is used. Where a transfer is subject to legal safeguards, the responsible party must apply the safeguards required by the applicable law.

8. Retention and security

The website’s preference durations are stated in section 5. Correspondence, report records and technical records should be kept only for the purposes for which they are needed, applicable legal retention, security, dispute handling or establishing and defending legal claims; unnecessary records should be deleted or appropriately de-identified. A single fixed app-account or infrastructure-log retention period is not asserted by this page. You may request information about the period and criteria applicable to your data.

The operator’s published corporate policy describes organisational, personnel, physical and technical safeguards and oversight of service providers. Access to enquiry and report information should be limited to the relevant function. No online service can promise absolute security. 9. Access, correction, account deletion and other rights

1. State the action you request and whether it concerns this website, an app account, correspondence or a safety report.
2. Provide the registered email address or member identifier and enough information to locate the record. Send from the registered address if possible.
3. Do not send a password, one-time code, full payment card number or identity document in the initial email. Proportionate identity checks may be needed before disclosing or deleting account information.
4. The response should explain the applicable handling period, any identity information needed, the outcome and any lawful reason for retaining or declining part of a request.

Uninstalling the app does not itself delete an account or information already held by the operator. Clearing browser storage affects local website records, not an app account or Meta’s records. Information may need to be retained where legally required or necessary for an unresolved safety matter or legal claim; any applicable limits should be explained. Applicable statutory rights and complaint avenues are not removed by this policy.

10. Children and sensitive information

Jiya is intended only for adults aged 18 and over, or any higher minimum required by applicable law. The website’s 18+ notice explains eligibility; it does not verify your age or identity. We do not ask children to obtain parental consent to use this adult dating service. If you believe a person under 18 has an account or has provided information, stop the interaction and contact support with the relevant account identifier and reason for concern.

Do not send or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material. A report can identify the account or location of the material without reproducing it. 11. Updates and applicable notices

This notice takes effect on 2026-10-29. Revisions will be published here with an updated date. Material changes to this website’s optional tracking notice require a renewed choice through the versioned preference record. Changes do not retrospectively authorise processing that required consent.
